The short answer: Arkansas’s Home Solicitation Sales law, Arkansas Code 4-89-107, gives buyers a right to cancel an offer or contract made in a home solicitation sale and requires notice of that right for an enforceable sale. The FTC rule, 16 CFR Part 429, separately provides three business days for covered sales at home.
